T Zone HE90 Warranty Information

Vibration Machines:

If your machine does not operate properly and was purchased from an approved dealer of T-Zone, we will repair or replace your machine at no charge, for up to one year from the date purchased and parts for two years from the date of purchase. Furthermore, we cover your motor under warranty for a period of five years for the VT-20, , or three years for the HE 90 ultra model. T-Zone is not responsible for machines that are not used in a manner that falls within our guidelines. T-Zone may recommend how to prevent a problem from recurring and reserves the right to withdraw the warranty if recommendations are not followed.

The warranty does not cover plastic housing or included accessories such as exercise bands or mats.

This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, or implied. T-Zone liability is in all cases limited to the replacement price of the machine and shall not be liable for any other damages, whether indirect, consequential, or incidental arising from the sale or use of the product. If service is required, it is the owner's responsibility to deliver the machine to the nearest T-Zone service centre.

T-ZONE machines are for domestic use only. Use of this machine for commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited. Receipt of purchase must be provided to receive service under warranty. This warranty is not transferable.
